Off the record lets you choose to send the message you have just typed in Yahoo Messenger without archiving at either end; Even when archiving is turned on for general conversations (useful for business meetings etc), Press 'Send off the record' instead of 'Send' lets individual messages to be exchanged without having to turn off archiving at both sides. Copy and paste of off the record text is also restricted for greater privacy. Additional productivity features include user notes; Store short notes for each user you chat with that are saved between chat sessions, age.. pets.. web links.. or for business CRM.
