The Avatar Makeover plugin lets you do a makeover of your friends' Avatars and then send it to them. Note that you will need Yahoo! Messenger 8.1 or a later version (on Windows platform only) installed to run this plugin. You can select a friend, modify the various items on the avatar (including appearance, apparel, background, pets and extras), and once you are satisfied with the new look you can send the updated Avatar to your friend. You can even create a new Avatar if your friend does not already have one. Your friend in turn can view the Avatar Makeover you sent them, and choose to either accept it or customize it further.
